Good Hotel, nice decor good size rooms and comfortable beds, plenty of choice for Breakfast good WiFi the only draw back is the parking charges €18 per day to park your car extortionate, we have visited Hotels all over Europe and never had to pay that much. As we stayed for 3 days it added another €54 to our bill which I do not find acceptable and for this reason I would look for another Hotel next time.

Hamburg is a quite pricey city such as parking close to the city center. Of course, we understand that 18 euros (54 euros in your case) is not a very small item on the bill. Compared to other car parks in the area, we are in the middle of the price range.
Would be nice if you guys decide to come back after all! With a bit of luck you can find some free parking spots in the neighborhood as well. Our team can tell you where exactly, if you like.

The hotel was ultra modern and pristine clean. The rooms were fun with colour and shapes and the bed was comfortable. We never heard the cleaners at all.....The lounge was comfy and the bar and breakfast were good. The bus stop was just over the road and it was about 5 minutes to the central station with lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.....
