danke, dass Du Dir die Zeit für ein Feedback hier genommen hast.
Schade, dass wir Dich nicht glücklicher machen konnten...
Was war denn genau los?
Du sagst, es war laut? Eigentlich dürftest Du bei geschlossenem Fenster, dank unserer großartigen Schallschutzfenster, gar nichts von draußen mitbekommen. Wenn es doch so war, tut es uns sehr Leid, dann müssen wir einmal Dein Zimmer überprüfen.
Woran hat es Dir denn bei unserem Frühstücksbuffet gefehlt? Eigentlich ist bei unserer Auswahl immer für jeden etwas dabei. Nichtsdestotrotz erarbeiten wir gerade ein neues Frühstückskonzept. Da wird sich einiges bei uns ändern. Wenn Du also das nächste Mal bei uns bist, darfst Du Dich überraschen lassen. :-)
Und was war so katastrophal mit unserem Reinigungsteam? Wir sind ein bisschen überrascht, denn das Team macht normalerweise echt einen super Job!

„Too expensive for what it’s wirth”

We arrived at the hotel around midday and although the room was ready and empty the receptionist said that we would need to pay 10 euro for early check in and we didn’t of course. Had we made the booking for early check in then the hotel would have had to keep the room empty for our early arrival and in this case it would be of course fair to ou extra but since we didn’t ask for early check in at reservation time the hotel was free to sell the room for the night before , the fact is that upon our arrival the room was available and the normal practice of a decent hotel would have been to welcome us to our room without asking for 10 euro extra, it’s not the money but the attitude, especially when for such a hotel the room was costing 200 Euros per night. This behavior was certainly not appreciated , furthermore in the room there were two single beds joined which was extremely uncomfortable as the beds were moving apart when one lies down in the middle therefore having a single bed would have done the exact same job as having two single beds joined together, I would have expected to have one king or queen bed to sleep in at that price.
