By integrating all M&E tools into a seamless, intuitive, end-to-end solution, GEMS simplifies every step, from initial inquiry and quotation to booking, contract management, and event planning. With groundbreaking features like interactive event diagrams and real-time pipeline tracking dashboards, GEMS enables process optimization, enhances efficiency, and maximizes revenue, setting a new industry standard for smarter, faster, and more efficient M&E management. The system reduces response times by over 50%, automates customer journeys, and improves demand capture, offering instant bookings, updated rates, seamless connectivity and as of recently the industry first AI phone agent for meetings thus allowing teams to focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional experiences and driving profitable growth.In 2024, the Club also continued to push the boundaries of innovation with the development of two new ground-breaking modules within Pulse – its custom-built business intelligence tool. This module will provide automated data and demand driven pricing recommendations for group and M&E bookings, streamlining decision-making processes and optimizing revenue opportunities.
