Very clean and functional accommodation in a central location of Hamburg with good value for money. Helpful and established staff. Delicious and rich breakfast.

Für mich ist das Prizeotel eine schöne Erinnerung an den Aufenthalt in Hamburg zusammen mit meiner Enkeltochter.

Ein citynahes, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichendes, modernes und stylisches Hotel. Schlicht aber modern und funktional. Netter Service und hoher Sauberkeitsfaktor.

I waited for 2 hours for the checkin (to be fair dropped in and out of the line, because it was just so ridiculously slow). When i finally made it, the woman at the counter asked me how I'm doing and when I said "fine, just that i've been waiting for two hours", she became extremely defensive. she had bonded with a guy behind me, who then also chipped in saying that i was in no right to mention this. All of this was super unnecessary and childish. The hotel is really nice otherwise, only that you shouldn't hire self-righteous people for the reception
